About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Glass Pay website. Glass Pay is a trading style of Marketing Management Consultants Ltd, referred to in these terms as "we", "us" and "our". By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to the website only. The payment services we provide to business customers are governed by a separate written agreement, together with the terms of the regulated partners that supply the underlying banking and payment infrastructure.
No advice, no offer
The content on this website is provided for general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to enter into any transaction or to buy any product or service.
Nothing on this website should be relied on as a statement of the terms on which any service will be provided. Those terms are confirmed only in a signed agreement following our own onboarding, compliance and risk assessment.
Eligibility and acceptable use
This website is intended for business use. You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or any connected infrastructure;
- interfere with the availability or integrity of the website, including through automated scraping, flooding or the introduction of malicious code; or
- copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may restrict or withdraw access to the website at any time, including where we believe these terms have been breached.
Regulatory information
Glass Pay provides payment services through regulated banking and payment partners. We identify in writing which regulated entity will provide each service and what protection applies to funds held for you before you begin using that service.
Client money is held separately from our own operating funds and safeguarded in line with FCA requirements. It is protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme up to £85,000 per eligible depositor, subject to eligibility criteria. Our payment processing is additionally covered by professional indemnity insurance policies arranged with regulated insurers.
Glass Pay provides business payment services in major currencies over regulated payment routes, and does not offer any other asset class.
Third-party content and services
This website may refer to or link to third-party websites, products and services. Those are operated by others, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Any link is provided for convenience and does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.
Intellectual property
The Glass Pay name, logo, the design of this website, and all text, graphics, code and other content on it are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation, but you may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, figures, screenshots and interface examples shown on this website are illustrative, may be simplified, and may differ from the live product. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability in connection with the website is limited to one hundred pounds (£100).
We do not exclude liability that arises under a separate payment services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy, and our use of cookies is described in our cookie policy. Those documents form part of the basis on which we offer this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies, and the "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it changed. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in your local courts where mandatory consumer or local law gives you that right.
